Terms & Conditions Between Hirers and Gotrux

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Gotrux’s platform as a service between equipment hirers and the company.

By accessing the Gotrux platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms, please discontinue using Gotrux.

Service Role

Gotrux serves solely as a booking platform between end users and equipment hirers. We are not involved in the direct operations or management of the equipment.

Insurance & License Requirements

All vehicles and equipment enrolled into Gotrux must have valid insurance and up-to-date operator licenses.

Vehicle & Equipment Inspections

All vehicles will undergo thorough checks by Gotrux's team to ensure compliance with required standards before being offered to end users.

Operator Responsibilities

Operators must perform due diligence while handling vehicles and follow all operational protocols.

Liability for Transit and Accidental Damages

Gotrux is not responsible for any damages, whether transit-related or accidental, caused by operators or at the end user’s premises.

Toll Gates & RTO Compliance

All toll gate formalities and RTO compliance are the responsibility of the hirers and operators. Gotrux will not be involved in this process.

Insurance Obligations

Hirers are responsible for equipment and transit insurance formalities. Gotrux will not handle these processes.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions will be processed through Gotrux, who will transfer the collected amount to hirers after deducting a commission.

Booking Cancellations

Gotrux is not responsible for any bookings cancelled by hirers. However, hirers must provide valid reasons for cancellation.

Reviews & Ratings

All equipment hirers will be subject to reviews and ratings based on the quality of their service.
